Appointments

Scheduling Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled before 6 pm EST the day before the requested date. Any appointment request made after 6 pm EST the day before or the day of a scheduled appointment will not be honored and the appointment will be pushed to the next available day.

Reminders

Appointment reminders are sent automatically via email and text message to the email address and cell phone number on file twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling Appointments

Appointments must be rescheduled before 6 pm EST the day before a scheduled appointment. Any request to reschedule made after 6 pm EST the day before or the day of a scheduled appointment is subject to a rescheduling fee.

Cancelling Appointments

Appointments must be cancelled before 6 pm EST the day before a scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after 6 pm EST the day before or the day of a scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee.

Communication

Email

Email communications will be replied to within twenty-four (24) hours during Monday 8 am EST through Friday 6 pm EST. If emails are received on Friday, the twenty-four (24) hour time period will be extended through Monday.

Phone

Phone communications will be called back within twenty-four (24) hours during Monday 8 am EST through Friday 6 pm EST. If phone calls are received on Friday, the twenty-four (24) hour time period will be extended through Monday.

Text Message

Text communications will be replied to within twenty-four (24) hours during Monday 8 am EST through Friday 6 pm EST. If text messages are received on Friday, the twenty-four (24) hour time period will be extended through Monday.

Payments

Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods are cash, check, or credit card. No fee will be added to the total amount if using a credit card. Mailing address will be included on the invoice or upon request after service has been performed. Payment plans are accepted upon request.

Invoices

Invoices will be sent to the email address on file within 48 hours of services performed. This allows for any necessary follow-up services to be added. Invoices are to be paid within two (2) weeks of invoice date.
