Thank you for checking out my business. For many years, I have been assisting others with their computers, phones, televisions, printers, and more. When I was a semester and a half away from graduating from a four-year college, I decided to start this business. I have always had a passion for computers and a love for technology. It was easy to choose to work within the residential world because one-on-one assistance builds closer relationships, provides for easier communication, and typically sparks a-ha moments when a problem is solved (and I love seeing those lightbulbs).

Although I began in the residential world, I support small businesses as well. In addition to providing end-to-end assistance — for computers, printers, phones, tablets, and even televisions — businesses can work with me to design and develop their websites. I have an office space in Westfield where we can meet, or in some cases, I can come to you in-person and on-site. I can also provide support remotely using reputable software whose connections use TLS and 256-bit AES encryption, so it’s like I’m right there with you.

Personally, I value honesty, transparency, open-mindedness, positivity, efficiency, communication, and good humor. I hope we get to work together soon.
